Don Cherry Flamingo Print On Air Worn Jacket Ensemble
This Don Cherry worn jacket called 'Flamingos' has a colorful, snazzy design borrowed from an old hockey term.
Designed and produced on April 29th, 2016, this piece has Don's traditional scooped shoulders with a single breasted overlay front button, a deviation from double-breasted style Don usually wore. A John Corallos bespoke creation made for the playoffs that season, this is a one-of-a-kind jacket and ensemble.
Don signed the ensemble three times (the jacket, shirt front, and one of the shirt cuffs). As well, Don has signed the suit bag from The Coop Ink that is included with the item.
Directly from the Coach's Closet, this item was purchased by AJ Sports in support of Don Cherry's Pet Rescue Foundation. The purchase includes a letter of providence from AJ Sports and a Certificate of Authenticity from The Coop Ink. Don Cherry has been a client of The Coop Ink for years. The jacket was made with his involvement as an exclusive bespoke design and made from scratch based on Don's measurements.
