• Regular items include: Small photos, pucks, cards, books, toys, and similar items. 
• Premium items include: Jerseys, photos larger than 16x20, art canvases, sticks, equipment, and similar items. 

Items Excluded: jersey numbers, unlicensed jerseys, bulky items due to shipping.

• Pre-Orders must be placed before the order deadline.
• Customer items must be received by our team 2 business days prior to the order deadline.
• The signing is scheduled to take place after the order deadline.
• Orders will not ship or be available until the signing is completed.
• Each event is based around the celebrities schedule and availability. Dates are subject to change. 
• In the event a signing is delayed, orders will be held until we are able to reschedule.
• Payment for the autograph fee must be made prior to the signing.
• Prices are good until the order deadline.

• Signing events include hundreds of items and every autograph is unique.
• Due to the individual autograph characteristics, AJ Sports is unable to discount for minor imperfections or signature variations.
• Out team is carful but items must be handled and we cannot provide compensation for normal wear or minor damage.
• Each celebrity is a unique human and will have to signing events.
• AJ Sports is unable to provide discounts due to a celebrities' choice to change or shorten a personalization or inscription.
• Celebrities reserve to right to refuse to sign any item or add any inscription. Refunds for refusals will be for autograph cost only.
• We cannot refund or discount orders due to changes made by the celebrity.

• Each autograph fee is good for one autograph on one item.
• Items can be shipped to, or dropped of at, AJ Sports headquarters.
• You can have your own item signed or purchase one of our items to have signed. 
• If you ship an item, please include your order number with the package.
• AJ Sports is not responsible for any lesser quality autographs on items submitted for signing events.
• Items received after the signing will be returned at the customer's expense.
• In your item is lost or damaged by the courier, AJ Sports will provide compensation up to the price paid for the autograph.
• If your item is valuable, please purchase separate insurance.
• Out team is carful but items must be handled and we cannot provide compensation for normal wear or minor damage.
• AJ Sports cannot guarantee to send back markers, documents or exact holders submitted with customer items/
• Items shipped from international locations are subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These costs will be billed to the customer.
• Return shipping costs are approximate and bulky items will be subject to additional shipping fees.
  
  

• AJ Sports hologram will be attached to all items after the signing is complete.
• A certificate of authenticity to verify the hologram is included with each item.
• AJ Sports will not offer accept returns or offer refunds on any pre-order autographed items or service.
