- Appearance times are subject to change. Please confirm before the event.
- AJ Sports will authenticate the autograph at the event with a verification hologram.
- You can choose to bring your own items or purchase our items to get signed.
- Photos with a celebrity are only for fans with a paid ticket.
- Photos with a celebrity depend on the schedule and cannot be guaranteed.
- There are no refunds for autograph tickets.

- You can choose to send in your own items or pre-order our items to get signed.
- Orders must be received by the date listed in the event details.
- Prices are valid until the order deadline.
- AJ Sports will authenticate each autograph with a verification hologram.
- In the event of a postponement, orders will be held until the signing can happen.
- Payment for autograph fees must made prior to the signing.
- No refunds for any reason on pre order autographed items or service.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
AJ Sports has managed over 1,000 signings and most autograph events include hundreds of one of a kind signatures. Each celebrity is a unique human and will have different approach to signing. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, but there are many factors we cannot control. If we make a mistake, our team will try, within reason, to do our best to make you happy.
CELEBRITY STIPULATIONS
- Each celebrity reserves the right to refuse to sign any item.
- Celebrities reserve the right to change or shorten any inscription.
- Celebrities may refuse, change or shorten an a personalization.
- All notations must be obtained at the same time as the autograph.
- Notations may not be added to previously signed items.
- AJ Sports will not refund or discount orders due to changes made by the celebrity.
- AJ Sports is not responsible for your costs if the celebrity refuses to sign an item.
SIGNATURE QUALITY CONDITIONS
- Autographs are all unique and we will not refund or discount fees for minor imperfections.
- We are not responsible for lesser quality autographs on send in items
- Our team handles many items and we will not refund or discount if the wrong marker is used.
SEND IN ITEMS TERMS
- Items received after the signing will be returned at the your expense.
- Shipping costs will be added to items that need to returned.
- AJ Sports is not responsible for minor wear or damage common with handling an item.
- AJ Sports will only be responsible for cost of the autograph fee for damage or loss in shipping.
- If your item is valuable, please purchase separate insurance.
- AJ Sports cannot not guarantee to send back markers, documents or exact holders sent in with items
- Customers who send Items from outside Canada are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees.
- Orders from Canadian customers are subject to applicable sales taxes.
