All item must be received by the date posted on the event page.
Regular items include: Small photos, pucks, cards, books, toys, and similar.
Premium items include: Jerseys, photos larger than 16x20, equipment, and similar.
An additonal fee will be chrged for items that require special handeling. These include, but are not limited, any item in a frame with glass, art canvases, stadium chairs, large trophies and similar
Each autograph fee is good for one autograph on one item. If you are shipping an item, please include a send-in form in your package.
Please be aware that each celebrity is a unique human and will have different approaches to signings. As well, every event includes many items and each autograph is a one of a kind signature. Due to the individual autograph characteristics, AJ Sports will not be responsible and will not discount for minor imperfections, celebrities' choice to change or shorten any inscription, or placement on the item. All celebrities reserve to refuse to sign any item. We cannot refund or discount orders due to changes made by the celebrity. Refunds for refusal to sign will be for autograph cost only. Payment for the autograph fee must made prior to the signing. Each event is based around celebrity schedule and dates are subject to change. In the case of a postponement, items will be held until the signing can take place. Items shipped to us from international clients are subject to any duties or fees paid by AJ Sports to clear package upon arrival in Canada as well as any duties or taxes when shipped back.
