SHIPPING POLICY All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Longer processing times are to be expected for custom orders. Though uncommon, we are not responsible for delayed shipping due to postal services and couriers.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
LOCAL DELIVERY Deliveries are made from 10am to 3pm from Monday to Friday. We will contact you using the email you provided at checkout to notify you when your order leaves our warehouse.
ORDER PICK UP You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1200 Castlefield Avenue, Unit 200 North York, Ontario M6B 1C7 After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 10 business days depending on the nature of your order (custom, large quantity, etc.). We will send you an email or call you when your order is ready along with instructions.
PICK UP PROCEDURE Our store pickup hours are: Monday to Friday: 10am – 5:30pm With the pandemic, we ask that you drive to the back of the building right off Castlefield Ave. onto Miranda Ave. You will see a parking lot to your right-hand side. In the back there are metal stairs leading up to a door with a buzzer next to a garage door with our banner above it reading “AJ Sports”. Ring the buzzer, go back into your vehicle and someone will come to the back to assist you. Please take appropriate precautions by wearing a face covering and standing 6ft from our staff.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AJ Sports is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? If you have not received an order confirmation email by 3 days after placing it, please email email@example.com and someone will assist you. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and the updates are not available online, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES We accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
