AJ Sports App Privacy

This page covers the AJ Sports iPhone app. It adds to our main Privacy Policy, which covers everything else.

What the app collects

When you use our iPhone app we also collect: a random app identifier and, if you allow notifications, a push-notification token, used to send the alerts you ask for (new items from players and teams you follow, saved searches, price drops and back-in-stock items); the players, teams and items you follow, save, view or search for, used to recommend items and send those alerts; and, when you sign in, your AJ Sports customer account details and order history, used to show your orders, collection and Insider pricing. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify; the app never sees your card details. We don't use advertising trackers and we don't sell this information.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app under Account → Delete account. This deletes the information the app holds about you on every device and asks Shopify to erase your customer record. We keep order records we're legally required to keep. You can also email support@ajsports.ca to ask us to delete your information.
